Joshua & Cynthia's Wedding

Beautiful bride, beautiful church, beautiful sky...it was an amazing day. Ryan & I had so much fun with this fun group.

Ryan captured some GREAT moments during the whole day - here are a couple highlights from the reception:
We were lucky enought to have some time to steal away Joshua & Cynthia for a quick portrait session at Terrace Garden at Dove Valley...the chemistry between these two is amazing!

Andy photographs the photographers

Tonight my long-time friend (I pretty much consider him like a brother) came over to my studio to do some headshots. Andy just finished a 3 year run as Sky in Broadway's Mama Mia! I am so proud of him...I remember singing with him in the Thunder Ridge Middle School Choir and now he's a professinal performer! WOW!!!

Ryan and I were set up and ready to shoot right when Andy whips out his slick new iphone and snapped our portrait

Stay tuned for the latest and greatest of Andy's hesdshots ;)

Christen & Joel's Engagement Portraits

Alright, I just couldn't help myself...I had to put up a couple of these ADORABLE pics! After the amazing wedding yesterday (Joshua & Cynthia's Wedding Photos...COMING SOON!) and the early morning shoot today, I should be in bed by now. But, I couldn't contain my excitement and I had to share a few...
Christen, Joel, Emma and I drove up to Golden Gate Canyon State Park early this morning. These two love-birds made me smile so much! I can't wait to take photos next summer at their wedding!

New Lense!!!!!

Cynthia & Joshua & I met at my studio last week to go over last minute details for their wedding (They're getting married tomorrow!!! Woo hoo!!!). When we were chatting about shots they envisioned having in their album, Cynthia talked about getting a photo of them at the alter with the wide angle of the church. My heart sank..."I don't have a fisheye lense" I thought to myself...but then, a lightbulb went off in my head! This is the perfect opportunity for me to justify buying that awesome lense - yea!!! So I overnighted it from B&H and have been playing with it eversince. Tomorrow is gonna rock! I can't wait to shoot the wide angle inside Our Lady of Lareto and get some great shots on the dance floor...but until then, here are a couple pics from inside my studio:
